Cherise, Tim, and I adventured in Oahu for their engagement photos. The last time I was on this island was many years ago on a family vacation where we sat on crowded beaches and ate overpriced hotel food. This time was completely different. Floored by the amazing diversity of landscapes, we were able to explore some stunning locations that still seemed untouched by humans. We also ate and drank incredibly well — everything from Foodland poke to the best damn Pho French Dip Banh Mi I’ve ever had in my life. Please, someone, take me back just for that sandwich.
